The Braidwater Group were successful once again at the Construction Employers Federation (CEF) awards last Thursday, when they won the Excellence in the Use of Construction Software award.

This is a further endorsement for the company and continued positive recognition for a local house building company that offers a top-quality product and excellent service.
The prestigious award builds on the recent history of success with acknowledgement coming from industry peers, regulatory agencies and financial institutions.
Based in Eglinton, the Braidwater Group is one of Northern Ireland’s leading private and social house builders with over 50 years of experience in the construction industry.
At Thursday’s awards, the judges’ cited how the new technology streamlined the business, making it more efficient and enhancing performance.
Karl Ennis, Research and Development Software Engineer at the Braidwater Group, was delighted with the award, stating: ‘This award backs up our hard work, developing the Group’s Knowledge Transfer Partnership with the North West Regional College, into a pioneering software solution known as the Intelligent Home Delivery Platform.’
Karl added: ‘The Platform leverages advanced mapping technology with multiple data layers, providing insights and efficiencies that are unmatched within the house building industry.’
Over the last six years, the Group has won no less than four CEF awards for its industry practice and house building throughout Northern Ireland.
Also in awards news this year, the Braidwater Group has been to the forefront with NHBC success as two developments (Beech Hill View and Cloughan View) have received Quality Awards. The site managers and their teams have been acknowledged for the exceptional contribution made in creating homes of outstanding quality.
Indeed, in the last five years, the Braidwater Group has won 12 NHBC Quality Awards, three NHBC Seal of Excellence Awards and one coveted Regional Award, among the most recognised and rewarded house builders in Northern Ireland.
Joe McGinnis, managing director, also commented on the company’s recent awards success:
