What We Do

BW Social Affordable Housing’s building experience covers many areas including residential, commercial and industrial, for private and public sector clients. Successful projects range from small residential developments for Housing Associations to multi million pound high-class new build contracts.

BW Social Affordable Housing undertakes all aspects of decontamination, demolition, asbestos removal, off site production and civil engineering within the main contractor role. With a strong focus on affordable and private housing construction in recent years, we have completed projects from 19 to 280 units in efficient timeframes.

We are well positioned to be both flexible and diverse, working with challenging market conditions, and in the healthy position of being able to make considered decisions where we can identify added value on any scheme.

Our experience and flat management structure enable us to make extremely quick but well informed decisions. As a result we choose to follow the opportunity rather than be tied to targets. We are constantly seeking to improve our portfolio by strategic acquisitions and intensive asset management, developing key partnerships with local authorities and landowners and constantly looking to add value for the group and its partners.
