Last night, the Balmoral Hotel was full to capacity as interested parties arrived to find out more about Black Ridge Hill and the new affordable homes on offer.
It was a full house at the Black Ridge Hill information evening.
The main aspect of the information evening was a detailed presentation by Niall McNulty of Co-Ownership, with representatives from the BW Social Affordable Housing, Simon Brien and Crawford Mulholland Financial also in attendance.
Black Ridge Hill is a new affordable homes development in West Belfast and is located in the Black Ridge development, situated between the Glen Road and the Upper Springfield Road.
The development offers 2 and 3 bedroom affordable homes for sale, each complete with a high specification turnkey finish. The homes are only available to buy with Co-Ownership.
