Newtown Green is a new development in Comber, which consists of 43 detached, semi detached homes and apartments.

Designed to extremely high energy efficiency and sustainability standards, the scheme was developed by BW Social Affordable Housing (BW) for Apex Housing Association.

Darren Farnan, BW Social Affordable Housing marketing manager, commented: ‘’We commissioned professional images of Newtown Green and it looks immaculate, showing the 43 homes in all their glory.’’

Construction commenced in December 2018 and completed in February 2020 ahead of the deadline and within budget.

Based in Eglinton, BW Social Affordable Housing is part of the Braidwater Group and works with a range of housing associations having delivered almost 1,000 new social homes to the Skeoge, Galliagh & Steelstown areas of Derry-Londonderry.

Plans for the company include 87 new homes in Portstewart for Radius Housing and one of Northern Ireland’s largest social, affordable and commercial developments known as ‘Glenmona’ in the west of Belfast.
