The Braidwater Group is delighted to announce the beneficiaries of its charitable donations in line with the commencement of construction of Deanery Place at Whitehouse in Derry/Londonderry.

Darren Farnan, marketing manager of Braidwater, said: ‘’We invited local charities and sporting organisations to submit applications for funding and we were particularly struck by the wide range of applications received. Deanery Place at Whitehouse is a luxury private development for the Buncrana Road area of Derry and will consist of 18 four bedroom detached homes with a full upgrade package included as standard.
Just last week the scaffolding was erected for the first homes at Deanery Place in advance of the kits going up on Monday 10th October.
