The Braidwater Group has been shortlisted in two categories at the 2026 Northern Ireland Construction Awards, securing recognition across both residential development and major infrastructure.

Recognised as one of the most prestigious annual events, the awards celebrate excellence, innovation and outstanding achievement across Northern Ireland’s construction industry.

The Braidwater Group has been shortlisted in the following categories:

  • Private Housing Project of the Year – Beech Hill View, Derry/Londonderry
  • Infrastructure Project of the Year (Above £10m) – The Cashel (H2), Derry

Speaking following the announcement, Darren Farnan, Marketing Manager at the Braidwater Group, said the company was delighted to receive the recognition.

“Being shortlisted in two highly competitive categories is a fantastic achievement for the entire Braidwater team. These nominations reflect the quality, dedication and expertise that go into every project we deliver.

“Beech Hill View showcases our commitment to creating high-quality homes and communities, while The Cashel (H2) highlights our capability in delivering major infrastructure projects that make a lasting impact across Northern Ireland.”

Mr Farnan added that the shortlist recognises the hard work of employees and project partners alike.

“These achievements are only possible because of the dedication of our people and the continued support of our clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers. Their professionalism and commitment to excellence continue to drive Braidwater forward.”

Ryan Boyle, Managing Director for the Braidwater Group, said the nominations were testament to the company’s consistent focus on quality and delivery.

“Our teams continue to set exceptionally high standards across every aspect of the business, from planning and design through to construction and project completion.

“We are incredibly proud of everyone involved in these shortlisted projects. Their commitment, collaboration and attention to detail ensure we continue to deliver developments that benefit our customers, communities and the wider region.”

The winners of the 2026 Northern Ireland Construction Awards will be announced at the awards ceremony later this year.
