As part of Braidwater’s support for local communities, charities and sporting organisations operating within a three-mile radius of our new development, The Meadows in Carryduff, are invited to apply for funding.
The Meadows
This new private housing development will consist of 112 new three, four and five bedroom semi and detached homes – all turnkey as is standard with Braidwater and highly energy efficient.
The Meadows is located via Meadowvale Park on the Ballynahinch Road, and is only 10 minutes from Belfast’s outer ring.

Please send a 750-word document and a relevant image detailing your charity or organisation’s activities and how the funds will benefit the community.
The selection process will look at creative and impactful proposals that maximise community benefit. Note that funding may be distributed among multiple recipients at the discretion of the Braidwater committee overseeing this initiative.
